The Law
The basic moral law which God has placed in human nature and which we discover through reason.
What is natural law?
This is the raising of our heart and mind to God and having a conversation with Him.
What is prayer?
This is the first precept of the Church.
What is to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation and rest from servile labor?
This is the love, honor, and adoration we give to God alone.

This is something done (self-denial, prayer, or action) to make up for sin.

The most basic principle of natural law.

This kind of prayer is said with the mind and heart alone.

The second precept of the Church says we must confess our sins at least this frequently.

This is the definition of heresy.
What is denying or disagreeing with a particular truth of the Faith?
This is giving up something voluntarily. In the Church, it is not eating meat.

This kind of prayer is expressed by spoken words.

The third precept of the Church says we must do this at least during the Easter Season.
What is receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist?
This is offering something up to God that is important to us, in order to show Him how much we love Him.
What is Sacrifice?
This is eating no food at all or eating less food than usual.
What is fasting?
The moral laws God gave to Moses on Mt. Sinai as described in the Old Testament. These laws are for all God's people until the end of time.
What are the Ten Commandments?
This is the most perfect prayer because in it Jesus offers Himself to the Father for us. We offer ourselves to the Father along with Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit.
What is the Mass?
The sixth precept says we must obey the laws of the Church concerning this.
What is matrimony?
This is worshipping something other than God or making something or someone more important than God.
These are the required days of both fasting and abstinence in the Church.
These are the two greatest commandments Jesus taught us.

This is the perfect sacrifice offered to God.
