If We Got An Appraisal Report For Insured Name Different/ But There Is An Open Claim And We DO NOT Have An LOE On File, What Should We Do?
Attach the Appraisal report and then email the agent for the LOE showing the claim is closed. THEN we can send to UW for review :)
