Made to: City of Encinitas.
Amount needs to be correct and spelled correctly.
Needs to be dated.
Needs to be signed.
Patron is allowed onl1 correction, with initials, per check.
How do you control the TVs in Banquet side A?
Computer system in A storage.
When picking up senior nutrition meals from the caterer, what temperature must the food be at?
41° or lower
Who do you submit your timecards to?
Submit them to your immediate supervisor i.e. Troy, Clinton, Elle, or Parker.

What if someone claims their dog is a service animal? What are you allowed to ask them?
If they claim it is a service animal we are allowed to ask them only 2 questions: What task is the animal trained to perform? Is the service animal required because of a disability?
Can we use multiple wireless mics in the Banquet Hall at a time?
No, we can only use 1 wireless mic at a time, if a renter needs 2 mics use 1 wireless mic and 1 wired mic.
