A Member tripped and fell during a game of Tag; what do you do?
Assess the situation, preform First Aid if applicable. Fill out an Incident Report, alert your supervisor
A Member is continuously disrupting the group, what can you do?
Have a conversation with the Member and problem solve together.
If it's not the first time, let your supervisors know
What is considered a Critical Incident?
Why do we have Zones?
To successfully deliver programming to the Members; to prevent chaos and create order within the Club; helps reduce the number of Incidents that can occur when Members have too much free time.
What are photos of Members taken with? And what are done with them?

Take a problem solving approach to the situation, speak with the Members explaining to the "bully" that their behaviour is considered bullying.
