Why may DSP's leave PCCS?
•They find a job that pays more money
•They have an illness or medical issue
•Might want to go into another career (be a teacher, go back to school, etc.)
•They may want to retire or may not want to work at all anymore
Why is is difficult to hire DSP's?
•The COVID-19 Pandemic
•Wage is too low
•Inflation- (everything more expensive, makes it harder to hire staff)
