Spending quiet time with your family, studying the gospel (Come Follow Me), fulling your Church callings, serve others, write letters, write in your journal, do family history work.
Sunday is not a day for shopping, recreation, athletics, entertainment, purchases.
What is the Lord's standard regarding sexual purity?
Do not have sexual relations before marriage. Be completely faithful to your spouse. Do not let media or peers persuade you that sexual intimacy before marriage is acceptable.
Sexual sins are extremely serious.
What is tithing used for?
Tithing is used to build temples and meetinghouses, translate and publish scriptures, do missionary and family history work, and help build God's kingdom on earth.
What are some DO's to care for your body?
Eat nutritious food
Exercise regularly
Get enough sleep
Balance and moderation
How do you repent?
Confess your sins to the Lord. Seek forgiveness from those you have wronged. Restore (as much as possible) what has been damaged by your actions. Seek help/guidance from parents.
Some sins will need to be confessed to your bishop. Be completely honest.
Why is service important?
Service is a characteristic of a disciple of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father can meet the needs of others through your service.
What are some ways to stay sexually pure?
Avoid situations that increase temptations. Ask for guidance from the Holy Ghost. Pray. Pay attention to His promptings. Have faith in and be obedient to the righteous counsel of parents and leaders.

How should you pay tithing?
Attitude is important. Pay it because you love the Lord. Have a willing and thankful heart. Pay tithing first, even when you don't think you will have enough money for your needs.
You will develop faith, overcome selfishness, and be receptive to the Spirit.

Avoid dangerous activities that might cause injury
Do not drink coffee, tea, alcohol, or use tobacco products
Do not use any drink, drug, chemical or dangerous practice to produce a "high" or artificial effect
These substances lead to addictions and can harm or destroy your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
What can happen if you delay repentance?
You may lose blessings, opportunities, and spiritual guidance. You may become further involved with sinful behavior. You mock the Savior's Atonement if you choose to break God's commandments and plan to repent later.
What are ways you can serve?
The most important service you can do is within your home and family. You can serve in Church, school and community. You can serve when you do temple and family history work. You can serve when you share the gospel.
Kindness is a meaningful way to serve. The guidance of the Holy Ghost can help you know whom and how to serve.
What is the law of the fast?
Fast each month (Fast Sunday).
Fasting is not eating or drinking for two consecutive meals and giving a generous fast offering to help the needy. Fast offering is giving money that would have been spent on the two meals (or more).
How do you care for your emotional health?
Seek help from your parents, Bishop and doctor if you have prolonged feelings of sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, or depression.

Is there anything that you cannot repent of?
NO, Satan wants you to think that. The Savior promises you forgiveness if you are humble and make the effort that repentance requires. There is peace, love, and strength from repentance.
What are some blessings that come from service?
You will be closer to Heavenly Father. You will be filled with love. Service and sacrifice overcomes selfishness. Service brings happiness. You will bless the lives of God's children.
How do you prepare to fast?
Fast with a purpose. Begin and end the fast with prayer. Express gratitude. Ask for help with special needs you or others may have. Fasting brings self-discipline, strengthens you against temptations, brings the Lord's blessings-spiritual and temporal.
