Confess your sins to the Lord. Seek forgiveness from those you have wronged. Restore (as much as possible) what has been damaged by your actions. Seek help/guidance from parents.

Some sins will need to be confessed to your bishop. Be completely honest.

You may lose blessings, opportunities, and spiritual guidance. You may become further involved with sinful behavior. You mock the Savior's Atonement if you choose to break God's commandments and plan to repent later.

What are ways you can serve?

The most important service you can do is within your home and family. You can serve in Church, school and community. You can serve when you do temple and family history work. You can serve when you share the gospel.

Kindness is a meaningful way to serve. The guidance of the Holy Ghost can help you know whom and how to serve.

Fast each month (Fast Sunday).

Fasting is not eating or drinking for two consecutive meals and giving a generous fast offering to help the needy. Fast offering is giving money that would have been spent on the two meals (or more).

Seek help from your parents, Bishop and doctor if you have prolonged feelings of sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, or depression.

NO, Satan wants you to think that. The Savior promises you forgiveness if you are humble and make the effort that repentance requires. There is peace, love, and strength from repentance.

You will be closer to Heavenly Father. You will be filled with love. Service and sacrifice overcomes selfishness. Service brings happiness. You will bless the lives of God's children.

How do you prepare to fast?

Fast with a purpose. Begin and end the fast with prayer. Express gratitude. Ask for help with special needs you or others may have. Fasting brings self-discipline, strengthens you against temptations, brings the Lord's blessings-spiritual and temporal.
