Families start on this level after Mom delivers baby and will continue to be on this level until the family meets progress criteria to move to every other week.
What is Level 1
We use this with families to demonstrate their progress and celebrate with the family; a copy is kept in the family file.

When parents score low risk on the FROG Scale families may enroll as this and complete services prior to three years of service.

The FSS will initiate formal transition planning when the child is this many years old or when the family has reached this level

Families who were moved to creative outreach from Level 1 will return to Level 1 once re-engaged, once the family has done what?

Families at any level can be temporarily moved to this level when in crisis, or during a high-need period after discussion with a supervisor. Families return to their prior service level once the need for more intensive services has been met.
