Who are Rosie or Rebecca. Campers do not speak to family over the phone unless in extreme circumstances. Calls home go through Rosie and 99% of the time the parent will communicate with them rather than with the camper. Exceptions can only be made by Rosie. Never promise a camper that they can talk to a parent or family member at home.
