No. Yinka should have said, "We have the RIGHT to ride the bus." Riding a bus isn't something you should do or have to do, but it is a freedom we have in our state.

Tyrone said this because, in order to appreciate your rights, you have to be responsible and do the things you know you should do. The people at the beach didn't think about their responsibility to keep it clean.

Amber's friend is dissapointed because, even though Amber has the right to play in the park and walk there, she is not being responsible because she is disrespecting trees in the park and throwing trash.
