Explain the rules that are being broken in this scenario:

Billy is in 1st period and he skipped breakfast today. He decides to have a bagel and eat it during the science lab when the teacher is not looking.  During the lab, he decides to mix chemicals together without reading instructions. In the process, he breaks a glass test tube and cuts his hand on the glass. He is a rush to get out to recess so he doesn't tell the teacher and leaves the glass on the lab table.

1. Eating during labs.

2. Mixing chemicals without reading instructions.

3. Not telling  the teacher about his cut or cleaning up the area.
