Terminal velocity refers to the maximum speed an object can reach when moving through a medium, such as air or liquid. For skydivers, terminal velocity is the downward speed through the resistance of the air achievable during freefall.

In the HS Lab students calculate their own terminal velocity using the balance of forces equation.

How does the Educator Scheduling system work?

SSA or ASM creates the event planner and adds the link to the deal page

The deal pulls through as available based on the module for number of educators and becomes available for pick up

Educators get alerted to view new events and have the opportunity to assign themselves as the educators to the event

Once they are assigned, their names pull through to Hubpsot on the deal page

If the EP link is NOT attached to the deal, or the wrong type of STEM is selected, educators cannot assign themselves appropriately!

500

Explain the SSA handoff.

You will receive the confirmation email from your SSA, they will be your dedicated resource for all details as we approach your trip. I’d recommend reaching out to them to set up a time to connect. (For trips 30+ days out) they will start checking in with you about a month in advance to firm up all remaining details before the 7-business day due date.
