tend to make broad general conclusions based on single piece of evidence; single mistake means you are not good at all; everything is now and will always be terrible and negative

Goal is to develop a less fear driven perspective so that your mind does not make that unproductive switch to prioritizing avoiding threat over attaining rewards.

Ability to resist short term temptation and delay gratification in order to meet long term goals that you have committed to
What is Willpower?
These that are necessary for survival such as food, water, or or sexual contact.
What is Primary Rewards?
We are creatures of habit; routines and familiarity comfort our minds.
What is Fear of Change or the Unknown?
Insist on not taking credit, refute compliments, turn around to compliment the person who complimented you instead; Struggle to look at the bright side of life; Cynical, see your situation and circumstances as having more challenges than successes, more problems than solutions

Sometimes the issue isn’t wayward thoughts but the POWER they exert over your feelings and behaviors.

Allows you to lay your goals and then take a frank look at what may keep you from getting there. The goal is to focus on what your life will be like when you achieve your goal and then contrast that with the obstacles that stand in the way.
