Sign out - one staff is signing out camper and checking for ID from camper pick up list. other staff is helping get camper and gathering their stuff.

How do you manage head counts at Storybook?
Each colour group counsellor has sign in and sign out list for their campers. They should know how many campers they have on their own, and how many they have with the other group.
Counsellors should be doing consitent head counts (ex. when gathering the group always count how many campers you have, and do a roll call if necessary)
When do you involve inclusion or the coordinator?
Coord - same or it is a safety concern
