It tells us that we must depend on God to fight our spiritual battles, not on our own strength.

We must be proactive, meaning we need to stay a few steps ahead of Satan.

Our weapon as a Christians is the Word of God. We must read it and study it. We must hide it in our hearts.

Matthew 28: 19-20

To stand against the devil. To use our sword (The Word of God) to fight the devil.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit
