When do the club kids check in?
After clubs at 4:00pm, club kids must check in with the greeter and be highlighted in and checked in on the iPad
A child is arguing with you about getting out in a gym game. They will not listen to you at all. What do you do?
Send them out of the gym to talk to a site director.
The kids are bored in the gym and ask if you can get the ball bag out so they can each play their own game. Are the kids allowed to do this?
No. There is no freeball in the gym.
A kid is trying to sit on your lap during a movie. What do you do?
Let them know they can't sit on your lap. Ask for personal space and offer to have them sit next to you.
A child has a bloody nose and it is all over the floor. What should you do very first when it comes to cleaning it up?

What should you do with accident and disciplinary reports once they are filled out?
Leave them face down at the greeters table. Give a brief description to parents for accident report. Call a site director over to talk about disciplinary reports.

Write ups are a case by case basis but a student will most likely get written up for the following:
Vandalism
Becoming physical with a staff or other kid, especially if it leaves a mark
Racist, Homophobic or prejudice/hateful speech
Repeated bullying
Running away/leaving the property
Cursing at staff or other students
Making threats about student safety (bombing,guns, etc.)
We are doing an experiment with baking soda and vinegar. Where would you find those supplies?

They have to actually have homework and show it the staff working at the homework table (Exceptions are Hunter and Kruz who can read or draw)
They cannot take snacks right away. They have to wait until the first set of kids start entering from Midline.
The homework table is silent unless kids are asking a question
