- Bring it up during the feedback portion of your monthly supervisor 1-on-1 meeting

- Speak with another Strommen staff member that you feel comfortable with (the team is willing to make time to talk so you have a good experience working here)

- Speak with another campus faculty/staff member that you feel comfortable with

- Speak with a member of the campus Human Resources team, who is employed and trained to help Augsburg workers (and can keep it confidential, or give feedback to Strommen based on the situation)
