"Multiple submissions of work." You are not allowed to resubmit material without your instructor's permission.
What are two sanctions that may be assigned as a result of violating the Code?
Workshops, reflective papers, restorative projects, restitution, online courses, warnings, suspension, expulsion (in more severe situations).

Which trainings are required for all OSU students?
OSU requires all students complete trainings on 1) Alcohol and other drugs, 2) Sexual violence prevention, and 3) Hazing. Check your email for these or go to the Student Health Services website. These are required and if you do not do them, you will be prevented from registration.
Name two rights that you have if your instructor alleges you engaged in academic misconduct.
You have the right to:
1) Notice of your alleged misconduct, 2) Opportunity to respond to the allegations, 3) Have an advisor present throughout the process, 4) Appeal. A full list of rights is available under the Student Bill of Rights.
