This is the minimum amount of time BEFORE a placement that the Pre-Placement Network & System Access Spreadsheet must be submitted.

A Clinical Instructor or PSI Coordinator becomes aware that a previously accepted student placement is falling through. There is only two weeks before the student is due to start their placement. This is their next course of action.

-Write an email to Student Practice being sure to mark the email as URGENT
