ANYWHERE! The exception we have is anything water / plumbing wise. We can but we need to be very careful to work through that properly.

When can anyone confirm a job on the schedule?

If the job is marked blue and looks like it is already in a time slot on the calendar. MUST CONTACT SCHEDULING ONCE YOU SCHEDULE IT  

**if the time on the calendar doesn’t work for the customer, make sure scheduling knows which job and who to call to confirm.

When forwarding/replying to an email with a customer, what must be removed before sending?

All internal communications between office staff. Don’t forward 20 emails to our customers.
