1. Ask the parent for their license
2. Check to make sure the name on the license makes a parent or "Known relationship" on rock (If not, we must call the parent/guardian on file to get verbal confirmation)
3. Have the parent fill out the missing tag form using their license, place in the form in the binder
4. Fill out and sign and reissue slip to give to the parent
