Creating a diagram that has a word or the topic in the center and then adding on related ideas to help mentally connect the information.

Taking calming breaths while cleaning your mind usually with the help of an instructor or guided video.

Have a conversation with a peer leader to establish better tools and habits to study.
What is a success consultation?
You use flash cards and 3 boxes. When you get a card right it moves on to the next box. When you get a card wrong, it moves back a box. Quizzlet utilizes this method.
What is the Box Study Method (Leitner System)?
Large spaces in most buildings with tables and chairs.
What is building lobbies?
Students who will help you work on your written assignments.
Intentional time to get out of the dorm and do something out of the usual.

Group study sessions led by someone who has taken and succeeded in the class.

Put information to the tune of a song to help remember the content and what it connects to.
