As stated on the deceased interest form, if the person signing on behalf of the deceased agent is not listed as the surviving spouse or next of kin on the death certificate, they are asked to provide additional supporting legal or court documents (Will, Executor of Estate, etc.).
Although not publicized or promoted, this "double" process is technically supported by our systems.

Our systems do support successor of a successor process. We do not publicize or promote this option, but it is an option.
Members would be visible on the Successors Book of Business once the Successor Agreement is fully executed.
As of August 14, 2025, this type of report is no longer sent to Successor Agents when a transfer is completed.
