What is the purpose of the Preferred Hours in Partner Hours?
Purpose of this tool is to help managers meet partners prefferred hours by providing visibility to partner’s preferred hours per week while writing schedules and creating staffing plans that balance business and partner needs.
These hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled based on business needs. Partners will learn the difference between General Availability and Preferred Hours in the Fall Self-Paced Training.

Starbucks partnered with artist Manuela Guillen, whose art is inspired by plants, soft tropical colors and her cultural upbringing. Born in Miami to Cuban and Salvadoran immigrants, Manuela aims to bring awareness to art education, sociopolitical and environmental issues and bridge communities together with her art.
