It's called the QZ Tray. To troubleshoot, turn it on and off, unplug and plug back in, make sure it's connected to the computer by looking in the bottom right corner, turn the receipt paper around, or clean it.

What is our refund policy?
For lessons, a refund minus 25% is allowed if it requested 7 days prior to start date. No refund if requested 6 or fewer days prior to start date. For passes, no refunds.
What is the credit card terminal called and how do you troubleshoot it?
It's called the RCM, found on the bottom right of the monitor. To troubleshoot, right click the app, click on device configure and hit test. Follow the prompts on the terminal. You can also unplug and plug it back in.

How do you enter a PO box along with a patrons address in Civic Rec?
Put the PO box in address line 1. Put their physical address in the account notes. Force the user as a resident ONLY if you have verified their physical address (which you should also make an account note for)
