A camper forgets his snack in the locker room and asks you to take them back to get it... what could you do to reduce liability of being 1 on 1 with a camper?
Have them choose a friend to come with you. A staff person should never be 1 on 1 with a camper as this can be misinterpreted and cause a liability.
A child falls down and sprains his or her ankle what form should be filled out and what is the procedure?
An Accident Report should be filled out and put in the front office… The Summer Camp Director should also be made aware of the form. Form must be 100% completed.

Pick-up time is between 2:45-3:00 SHARP. All children not in after camp that fall in this age group must be picked up no later than 3:00pm. For each additional minute over 3:00pm the parent or guardian will be charged .50 per minute late.
Explain the staff to camper social media policy
Staff/camper relationships on facebook/other social media should be kept G rated. If you have inappropriate pictures/conversations, etc. on your page perhaps it is not appropriate to become friends with campers. No snapchat

Due to the photo release policy the only way we can “post” photos are directly on the Seabrook Recreation Department & Seabrook Community Center’s Facebook or Twitter accounts.
