Program Director will contact parents to see if anyone can bring a lunch, if not, emergency snacks and lunchables are available.
Whos approval do you need for any camp refunds outside of association guidelines?

A parent wants to switch their camper to a camp that is full and is getting frustrated over the phone. What steps do you take?
Explain to the parent that the camp is full and let them know you will communicate with the camp director to see if there is anything he can do.
What is Adaptive Camp and can anyone join this camp?
Adaptive Camp is a specific camp to support campers that need the extra support such as one on one support.
What two things should membership staff do for Monday AM registrations?
Print Receipt and Walkie Communication
If a parent has their camper registered for Splash Camp, is the camper still required to wear closed toe shoes?
Yes, campers are required to wear closed toe shoes and when they are on the pool deck, they can wear sandals.
When is the full payment of a camp week due?
3 weeks before form the start of that week of camp

A camp has been charged in full and parents realize the camper can no longer attend. What is the refund policy prior to the first day of camp?
100% refund is okay prior to the first day of the camp week
