Explain the tie-down process

1. Place the front two tie downs wider and the back two tie-downs closer together on the floor anchoring system.

2. Place the j-hooks on the chairs hooks or a solid part of the chair.

3. Attach the seatbelt to the tie-downs and put the seatbelt on the participant (make sure lap belt and shoulder straps fit like a regular seatbelt)

4. Check all tie-downs to make sure they are secured.
