What is to dive?
Something we put on our skin to protect it from the sun.
What is sunscreen?
A juicy fruit which is green outside and red inside that we eat in the summer.
What is a watermelon?
The eighth month of the year, after July and before September
What is August?
How the weather feels when the temperature is very high and we like to stay inside in the air conditioning or cool off in the pool.
What is hot?
To move through water by moving the body or parts of the body
What is to swim?
A type of open shoes that we wear in the summer.
What are sandals?
A cool summer drink made out of lemons and sugar.
What is lemonade?

What is June?
A place where you go to swim and to sunbathe
What is a beach?
Something that we do with a ball and a net on the beach when the weather is nice.
What is to play beach volleyball ?
****Daily Double**** Something that we wear on our faces to protect our eyes from the sun.
What are sunglasses?
A very cold, sweet food made from frozen milk or cream, sugar, and a flavour.
What is ice cream?
A few months that we have off from school in the summer
What is summer vacation/holidays?
Hard objects that you can find on beaches. They are usually pink, white, or brown
What are shells?
Something that you may do in the summer for vacation when you sleep outside in tents and sit by a campfire.
What is to go camping?
Something that boys wear when they go swimming.
What are swim trunks?
A cold snack that we have in the summer to cool off that's on a stick.
What is a popsicle?
One of the four periods of the year; spring, summer, autumn, or winter
What is a season?
Something that we use for drying someone or something that is wet
What is a towel?
Something you do in the summer for good exercise that you have to wear a helmet for.
What is to ride a bike?
Something that girls wear when they go swimming.
What is a swimming suit?
A meal you take to a place outside to be eaten there in an informal way, or an occasion on which such a meal is eaten
What is a picnic?
The time in the evening when you last see the sun in the sky
What is a sunset?
Something that protects you from rain or sun
