Tricky—currently, we use the CRDPSS (Clinician Rated Dimension of Psychosis Symptom Severity) assessment at admission to screen clients. We are introducing a new assessment (PSYRAT) for our clinicians to use to monitor progress while in treatment. This will roll out to teams in the next month.
