FROM THE BOOK: Cigarette butts go in the cans outside, not on the ground. Additionally, no trash goes in the cigarette cans. This is a fire hazard and failure to comply can and will result in disciplinary action or loss of smoking privlages.
There are 3 levels of disciplinary actions for Level 1 patients (that would result from the same action). Name all the levels in order.
