The Kind Samaratin
The story of the Good Samaritan is about a man who was hurt by robbers and left alone on the road. Some people walked by and didn’t help him, even though they could have. Then a Samaritan, someone others didn’t usually like, stopped and felt sorry for the hurt man. He cleaned his wounds, took him to a safe place, and made sure he was cared for. The story teaches us that we should be kind and help others, no matter who they are.

Jesus meeting the Samaritan woman at the well
One day, Jesus was resting by a well when a Samaritan woman came to get water. Jesus kindly asked her for a drink, even though people usually didn’t talk to Samaritans like her. He told her about “living water,” which means God’s love that gives life forever. The woman was surprised and happy, and she ran to tell others about Jesus. The story teaches us that Jesus loves everyone and wants us to share His love with others.

He also said that just like a special sign lifted up long ago helped people be saved, He would help people too. This story teaches that God can give us a fresh, new life when we believe in Him.

One day, a Roman officer called a centurion had a servant who was very sick. He cared about his servant and asked Jesus to help. The centurion believed Jesus was so powerful that He didn’t even need to come to his house—He could just say the word and the servant would be healed. Jesus was amazed at his strong faith, and when the messengers returned home, they found the servant was completely better. This story teaches us to trust in Jesus and believe in His power.

Jesus and the sick man at the pool
One day, Jesus went to a pool where many sick people were lying, hoping to get well. There He met a man who had been unable to walk for a very long time. Jesus asked if he wanted to be healed, and then told him to get up, pick up his mat, and walk. Right away, the man was healed and could walk again! Later, Jesus told him to live a good life. This story teaches us that Jesus cares about people and has the power to make them well.
