Protect the guest's head and make sure their airway stays clear. Other than that, do not restrict the guest's body in any way.

NOTHING. Continue CPR as you were. This is agonal breathing, the guest is NOT conscious, and they likely still have no pulse.
What should you do if you have a spinal victim that is in a life vest? (answer and demonstrate)
You should call for a second guard and have one of you hold their neck and head stable, whilst the second guard works with the guest to get them out of the life jacket. After the guest is free from the life jacket, the guard who freed them must begin the process of reverse vise grip, and the guard who held their head must remove their hands.
If a group of non-members come in that are 16-17 comes and pay with the help of their parents, are the people under 18 allowed to stay alone?
NO. The person who paid is their responsible adult. As non-members, the person paying has signed a waiver, labeling them as the person legally responsible for the children under 18. The person responsible must remain with the kids the entire time.
