What is retrace and who was the first partner to sign?
- Retrace provides small and medium e-commerce businesses with return shipping solutions that are proven to increase customer satisfaction and protect Merchants margins. We’re on a mission to make every customer a brand loyalist.
Retrace is a B2B2C offering: merchants sign up to offer Retrace to their customers who are then able to add an extra layer of protection against preference-based returns. We do not guard against products that are lost or damaged in transit or defects; rather, Retrace takes the friction out of changing your mind.
The process is simple: customers are offered prepaid return shipping for a minimal fee during checkout. Upon purchase, they rest easy knowing they will be able to return items from their order at no additional cost.
