Inspect the scope for damage (dents, broken lens) using a loop. Check the light cable for loose connections. Wipe/polish the lens to remove blood or debris. Ensure the light source is set correctly (automatic or at least 50%). Verify monitor settings and adjust as needed. Check if the scope was torqued during the case or if there is a broken light fiber.
You see a double image on the 3D monitor, even with 3D glasses. What’s the most likely cause?
The monitor may be positioned incorrectly. The viewer's line of sight should be perpendicular to the center of the screen. Could also be that the wrong input is being displayed on the monitor, should be display port.
