You walk by a patient room and the patient is coding. You are not CPR certified. What do you do?
If there is a RN/LPN/CNA near the room, hurry to them and say "CODE BLUE"
If there is not nursing staff in site, you should yell down the hall "CODE BLUE, ROOM __", give the room number and repeat until help arrives.
