What does it mean when an RA is on-call? Where can you see which RA is on-call?
During the times when RAs aren't at the front desk, but you need emergency assistance (i.e., an ambulance called, immediate attention, etc), you can approach the RA at their given room, and they will assist you.
You can see which RA is on-call on the TV in the main lobby (above the front desk).
IMPORTANT: if you are locked out of your room late at night, you can always ask the guard to open it for you!
