What is portfolio review?
These we create weekly in class together, and contribute to your final grade in the course
What are discussion boards?
sort of a thesis, the main idea driving your essay; the different questions you explore to further your controlling purpose

We will have two of these throughout the semester, one during Week 5 and the other during Week 10
What are mandatory one-on-one conferences?
This consists of two of your revised essays and a reflection

This should only be attempted by nontraditional students

This is due Monday, December 6th, at 9 am

These we create after our one-on-ones in order to help you develop a schedule for catching up on late assignments
