What is the daily time entry requirement for workday?
All non-exempt employees — those employees who are eligible to receive overtime pay as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) — must maintain accurate records of all time worked on a daily basis in Workday.
Time recorded must reflect the actual time in and out, not scheduled time in and out.
Time sheets must be completed daily and reviewed and submitted at the end of each pay period.
Employees should not record in and out time for breaks lasting 20 minutes or less.
Failure to maintain accurate pay records will result in corrective action.

State of Nevada - Recurring ACH Payments for Loans
The plan uses ACH debit for loan repayment (not payroll deduction) so recurring ACH must be set up in order to request new loans. See Loan Repayments: Reverse ACH & Recurring ACH FAQ (Record Keeping) to assist participants.
What is the no call/ no show policy?
Not reporting to work and not calling to report the absence is a no-call/no-show and is a serious violation. The first instance of a no-call/no-show may result in a final written warning. The second separate offense may result in termination of employment with no additional corrective action steps. Any no-call/no-show lasting two days is considered job abandonment and may be considered an immediate voluntary resignation of employment.

How long should you advise a member it takes for contribution processing if there is no payroll calendar article in KM for their plan?
In general, you can advise the ppt that it can take 1-2 pay periods to go in effect unless KM states otherwise. If the plan gives you the Payroll Calendar you should provide the exact date.

The W4 Tax Withholding system enhancement will go live on Monday, April 24, 2023 for Full Service ONLY. The enhancement for Record Keeping will be postponed until a future release and will be announced once it is scheduled.
Is it possible that my time in IEX (webstation) and Workday will not match?
Yes, in the begining of the year the carryover balances are not in IEX. This is manually added around Feb/March of the current year. Also if requested and approved for time off, but excess time off is taken (via protected time, or other) you may have less hours of PTO than planned. In these cases you may have to cancel pending PTO to avoid an occurance.

When processing any transactions how many times do you confirm the transaction?
The transaction should be confirmed atleast twice. Once while processing, and another once completed. The full confirmation script must be read following any transaction (contribution, fund, ACH, bene, etc).

If a participant is married, Baptist Health Care requires spousal consent before loans and withdrawals/distributions may be processed from the 401(k) or 403(b) plan. VTO is unpaid time. When entering time in workday you will enter unpaid time. Please note: VTO can be changed to PTO time. This has to be requested the same day. This is completed by an intake being submitted to workforce management (WFM).
