When does the candidate experience begin and end?

The candidate experience begins before a candidate ever applies, starting with their first interaction with our careers site. Every interaction that follows, from the application and communication to the interview, offer, onboarding, and beyond shapes their perception of CFVH. But the experience doesn't end when we fill a position. Today's candidate becomes tomorrow's employee, whose experience influences how they treat patients, interact with coworkers, and represent our organization. Those experiences, in turn, shape the perceptions of future candidates. Candidate experience is a continuous cycle: the way we treat people today influences the way they treat others tomorrow.
