How long will RR take?
Unfortunately, we can't offer a guarantee due to external factors. However, on average we see our clients typically work with us for 3 to 6 months before landing a job.
Can I give the RR jobs so they can apply to them on my behalf? If so how many, can I give 30?
Yes we welcome client collaboration. We do not recommend a large number as job posting expire and there is a strategy in place as we value quality not quantity but you can chat with your RR about this for more guidance.
Ensure to look up both their name and email on woo and verify which email they are using. If that does not work see if they can change their password. If that does not work slack for help.
What is the difference between ST and PR?
Our Standard service does not include an onboarding call or the networking aspect.Our team will still look for and apply to jobs on your behalf but you will be responsible for networking and keeping track of job related requests.
Can I do everything by email?
Unfortunately no. Before launching you will need to fill out your portal profile accurately. Our portal is very interactive and you will also have to login to approve and deny the jobs our team finds for you before we apply to them. You will get an email notification when you receive a new chat message but will need to chat back via the portal chat box.
Steps to take if a return client buys something full price.
Ensure they are a return client. Figure out what they should have paid. Refund them and email them to let them know.
What is so special about the EL package?
It is our most comprehensive offering and it includes a dedicated Client Strategist who will provide pre-interview reports, interview prep, and salary negotiation guidance on an unlimited basis you would just have to schedule your sessions accordingly.
How much work do I have to do?
Issue if someone has not received their "Get Started" email.
Verify the email in WC is correct. If it is politely ask if they are able to kindly check their spam folder as sometimes the email gets routed there. If they don't see it or they can't check at the moment say you'll send them one right away.
What if I want a specific resume used for each application?
Our service is very personalized so if you would like to do that you can. You just need to provide us with the different versions of the resumes you want us to use and then our team can customize it slightly. If you want a very specific resume for each job you can attach the resume to the job while it is in the PENDING column on the portal BEFORE you approve the job.
Can I order interview prep a la cart?
Yes you can. Once you buy any one of our a la cart sessions with a Career Coach you can redeem that credit for anyone of the services we offer. You will just be able to schedule it via our portal once a CC is assigned to your order.
A client is confused about the consult booking process.
I would apologize, explain that after they put their request in our team tentatives accepts it the day after then they need to accept the calendar invite by the end of that day because if not it is cancelled the following day. Always offer to use the correspondence as their confirmation especially if they are being difficult but make sure to remember the booking and don't cancel it by mistake.
Should I wait until after the holidays to buy?
We do not recommend that. Job searching is always a month behind so if you start in December you can assume its to potentially see results in January. Employers are always letting people go and hiring, even right before the EOY. The recruiters and HR departments are better to reach since the competition might be on vacation are they are getting less applicants and are less overwhelmed. But there are definitely jobs still being posted. If we are OOO we will add that time to your service timeframe as well.
What is the difference between a traditional RR and a RR?
Traditional recruiters work for employers to fill specific openings, RRs work exclusively for the job seeker, ensuring that they proactively search for opportunities that align with the job seekers career goals.
What steps would you follow if a client can't purchase what I want.
Check the website first and if it is working for you ask the client to try incognito mode. If that does not work, share a custom checkout link with them. Always announce in slack CS channel.
