Prevention

In 2021, the DOD implemented changes to the SAPR program allowing victims to do what, in the event that a sexual assault was disclosed to the command or reported by a third party.

Still file a restricted report as long as the victim doesn't report the incident to law enforcement or they haven't previously filed an unrestricted report for the same incident
