If an individual lives with a positive case and is symptomatic and has not had COVID-19 in the past 90 days what are the next steps?  

Recommend Isolation -- Proceed to COVID symptom guidance-testing

When is an antigen test onsite required? 

For positive cases after their 5 day isolation period

If an employee is not vaccinated and has been a close contact and is not symptomatic- what steps do we take? 

Isolate for 5 days, COLOR test or PCR test on day of return

For all positive cases

What symptoms have to be resolved for 24 hours?

Fever/Chills, cough, difficulty breathing, congestion, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea

If an individual lives with a positive case and is NOT symptomatic, and is boosted and recently vaccinated  what do we do? 

Must isolate a minimum of 5 days or until cohabitant is symptom free and color test on day of return

If the onsite antigen is positive-how much longer does employee isolate? 

5 Days

Proceed to COVID symptom guidance, require testing
