CORRECTIVE ACTION 1. Start engine (Volume 1, WP 0066). 2. Turn on Thermal Management System (TMS) (Volume 1, WP 0078). 3. Check for airflow from Vapor Compression System Unit (VCSU) exhaust port. a. If there is low or no airflow from the VCSU exhaust port, notify field maintenance. b. If airflow is present, go to Step 4. 4. Run TMS for 15 minutes. If message stills appear, notify field maintenance. 5. Shut down TMS (Volume 1, WP 0078) and continue operation.
