How do we create a TaxDome Account for a mailbox client?
Go to the TaxDome Website
Click “New” and Click “Account”
Select “Individual” as the Account Type
Enter the client’s full name as the Account Name
Enter the client’s full address
Select the Mailbox Submission tag along with any applicable tags for the client
Under the Folder template, select Default Tax Years.
Enter the client Date of Birth
Click “Continue”
Click “Create Contact”
Fill out the required fields: Full name, phone number, and address.
Under the email address field, toggle Login, Notify, and Email Sync.
Click “Add phone number” and enter the client’s phone number
You may skip Contact Name and SSN fields.
Select Create to create the contact
