Schedule C - Form 1040 is used by single-member LLCs to report business income. At doola we prepare it specifically for single-member LLCs where the member is a U.S. citizen since we do not file tax returns for US Citizens. They then include the 1040 form in addition to their personal return when filing elsewhere.
