Contest
Two teams or individuals compete against each other to win a game or a sport. Most of the time, it is a sports game.
Match
A fun test of knowledge where you, usually in teams, answer questions on various topics to get the high score.
Quiz
When students discuss and argue about different ideas or topics to see who can convince/persuade the judges.
Debate
A competition in which people need to do something as fast as they can to win.
Race
An event where students get on stage and play music, sing, or dance in front of an audience, showing what they've learned and practiced.
Recital
A competition in which people try to spell difficult words.
Spelling bee
An event where many teams or players compete in several rounds, one by one, until a champion is decided. In each round, we lose players or teams.
Tournament
A special day at school where students engage in different sports and games together, like running races, football match, basketball match, and others.
Sports Day
A special event where students get to show off their special skills or talents. It's a time when they can perform things they're really good at, like singing, dancing, playing instruments, doing magic tricks, or even showing off their art or sports abilities.
