Checking in with Lead and Clinical Supervisor to assign specialist for case coverage. Case coverage forms, collaborate map update, who's met your clients, let families/treatment team know you will be out. Update email return and voicemail.

What are the step to filling out a CPS report?
1. Consult with clinical soup
2.Call clinician and social worker
3. Fill out CPS form
4. Review CPS form with Lead and/or Clinical Soup
5. Call CPS to report
6. Scan CPS report to CPS and email to Jessica Zetly
7. Write a N/C note
8. Bring supervisor out to next visit (if applicable)
9. Update any treatment team members if needed.
