Not alot!

Most of your training should be conducted in a training site. Powerpoints are a good resources for agendas, concepts, and visual displays, but should not take up most of your training, and should not take long to create. Sometimes a powerpoint JUST has the agenda topics.

What should I do if I don't feel ready to complete a teach-back during the scheduled week?

Communicate with your observer

You should do your best to complete your teachback during the scheduled week to prevent becoming behind on topics. Block time on your calendar ahead of time for prep, and utilize available resources to prepare yourself for your teachback.
