No, we cannot pay beyone the 18 month disaster period of assistance even if an Application was sent. However, if the applicants document was in the file prior to disaster end date and the applicant is requesting payments for months within the disaster period, we are able to process the assistance as long as the payment time period does not exceed the 18 months in total Temp Housing Asst.
If the time frame indicated by the Applicant Letter indicates the 120 day time-frame extends BEYOND the 18-month period of assistance or closure date of a disaster, CAN WE STILL PROCESS THE ASSISTANCE WHEN THE APPLICANT SENDS IN DOCUMENTATION?
