What are the expectations for "Time Zone Alignment"?

(schedule time with missionaries)

  • Appointments must align with the missionary’s time zone.
  • Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:40 PM (missionary’s local time).
    • Appointments may start as late as 3:00 PM, but must end by 3:40 PM.
  • Do not schedule appointments on:
    • Preparation Day
    • Saturdays
    • Sundays

  • Message your Mentor Trainer on Microsoft teams and inform them of the emergency

  • Mentors are responsible to (in order of priority):

    • Reschedule the appointment with your missionaries to another day within the same week, in the correct time block (as your schedule allows)

    • Move the appointment to another mentor on your team with help from your Mentor Trainer

    • In rare circumstances, cancel the appointment

  • Mentor Trainers will message the area's Time Off Assistant and inform them of the emergency
